Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Malaysia (all states), Singapore, and Thailand. We're expanding to more Southeast Asian countries soon.

How long does delivery take?

West Malaysia: 2-4 business days
East Malaysia: 5-7 business days
Singapore & Thailand: 5-10 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on all orders over RM 50 within Malaysia.

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped from our Malaysia warehouse within 24 hours via trusted local couriers. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped.

What does MrHilee sell?

We offer premium Chinese seafood snacks: 海苔脆片 (Seaweed Crisps) at RM 8.90, 香辣鱿鱼丝 (Spicy Squid Jerky) at RM 12.90, and 香辣鱼干 (Spicy Dried Fish) at RM 10.90.

Are your products Halal-certified?

We are actively pursuing Halal certification through JAKIM. All ingredients are sourced from Halal-compliant suppliers, and no pork-derived ingredients are used in any products.

What is the shelf life of your snacks?

Our products have a shelf life of 6-9 months from production date. Once opened, consume within 7 days and store in a cool, dry place.

Is MrHilee the same as 海狸先生?

MrHilee is proudly inspired by 海狸先生 (Mr. Beaver), China's #1 seafood snack brand with 1.25B+ RMB in annual sales. We carry their quality philosophy — no MSG, no preservatives, high protein — to Southeast Asia.

Do your snacks contain MSG or preservatives?

No. Following 海狸先生's "二减二加" principle, all MrHilee products are free from added MSG and artificial preservatives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Shopee Pay.

Can I return or exchange products?

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
