Refund and After-Sales Policy

7-day after-sales period

Contact mrhilee@outlook.com within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

Food safety

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or items that have been opened, consumed, or stored improperly. This does not affect remedies available for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

Requesting support

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and batch or expiry information where visible.

Returns

Do not send products back without prior authorization. If a return is required, customer service will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Resolution

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
