Shipping origin

All orders are sold and fulfilled by 大连海朴生物科技有限公司 (Dalian Haipu Biotechnology Co., Ltd.) and dispatched from Dalian, Liaoning, China.

Carrier and tracking

Orders are shipped by China Post ePacket. A trackable shipment number will be provided after dispatch.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery to Malaysia is normally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather, the destination address, or carrier delays.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact mrhilee@outlook.com promptly if an address correction is needed before dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
